These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 5ph8 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on 5ph8.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 5ph8 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 5ph8 website, mobile web platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5ph8 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 5ph8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
5ph8 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
All transactions on the 5ph8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 5ph8 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 5ph8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
5ph8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 5ph8 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.
All games available on the 5ph8 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 5ph8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. 5ph8 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

5ph8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
All content on the 5ph8 Platform — including but not limited to the 5ph8 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 5ph8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 5ph8 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 5ph8 Platform without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5ph8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
The 5ph8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, 5ph8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall 5ph8's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5ph8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the 5ph8 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may close your 5ph8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
5ph8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
5ph8 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law.
5ph8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the 5ph8 Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
